The platform is designed around the complete workflow: creating the required documentation, assigning work, completing checks, capturing evidence, obtaining sign-off and maintaining an auditable record.

Moving the process into one workflow

A digital HOP process should do more than reproduce a paper form on a screen. The objective is to connect the stages of the job so that office teams and field engineers have a clearer view of what has been issued, what has been completed and what still requires attention.

Planned and developing functionality includes configurable HOP templates, mandatory questions, yes/no and text responses, numeric fields, photographic evidence, engineer allocation, customer sign-off and completion summaries.

Better evidence from the field

Field activity creates information that needs to remain connected to the job. Photographs, answers, timestamps and sign-off can provide a much stronger operational record when they are captured as part of the workflow rather than stored separately.

Pro HOP SmartPack is designed to make that evidence easier to review while giving engineers a straightforward interface for completing the information required from them.

Visibility for operational teams

The management side of the platform is being developed to provide visibility of open and incomplete HOPs, scheduled activity, engineer assignments and completion status. This gives the office a clearer picture without relying on repeated calls, emails or manual spreadsheet updates.
